Privacy Policy
Last updated:
Your privacy matters to us. This policy describes how DNP Technologies Inc. handles information collected through this website, in plain language.
Who we are
DNP Technologies Inc. ("we", "us") is a software engineering company. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you. We collect information in two ways.
- Information you give us. When you submit the project inquiry form we receive your full name, work email, company name, the service you are interested in, your project description, and, if you choose to share them, a budget range and timeline.
- Technical information. Like any website, our servers and hosting provider process your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use this to deliver the site, keep it secure, and limit abuse.
How we use information
We do not sell your information, and we do not use inquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
- To review your inquiry and reply to you about a potential project.
- To prepare proposals and plan the work you ask us about.
- To protect the website and the inquiry form from spam, abuse, and security threats.
- To meet legal obligations and to establish or defend legal claims.
Spam protection
The inquiry form uses several protections that do not require an account or personal profile: a hidden field that people never see, a minimum completion time, rate limiting by IP address, and, where enabled, a bot-verification challenge provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. These checks run only to tell people from automated scripts. Turnstile is operated by Cloudflare and is subject to Cloudflare's own privacy terms.
International transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards for the data they handle.
How long we keep it
The website does not store inquiries in a database. They are delivered to our team's mailbox. We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to follow up on a project, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for our records or legal needs. If a project does not go ahead, we delete or archive the inquiry on request. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short, limited period.
Security
We protect information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), input validation, rate limiting, and restricted access to the mailbox that receives inquiries. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid putting passwords, payment details, or other highly sensitive data in the inquiry form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information, or to restrict or object to how we use it.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it, without affecting past processing.
- Complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
